Warranty & Return Policy


Vire Sabers come with a One Year worry free warranty! If there are any manufacturing defects in the blade or electronics within your first year, simply reach out to us at service@viresabers.com and we will make it right! 

The warranty does NOT cover instances of blatant misuse, or failure to comply with instructions, such as using a charger other than the cable provided, with a power source of 5v 2A or less.

If your electronics are faulty and you need to remove them to send to us, click HERE for instructions. 

You are responsible for shipping the items back to us for warranty claims. If your saber has an issue within the first week after delivery and we cannot troubleshoot it online, we will issue a prepaid return label.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need your order number for your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
